24 x 12 x 12" Multi-Depth Corrugated Boxes

These 24 x 12 x 12 inch multi-depth corrugated boxes are manufactured from ECT-32 single wall kraft corrugated board and pre-scored at multiple depths along the side panels. The scoring allows box height to be reduced incrementally — fold down to the needed depth for a snug fit around the contents. Note that trimming the corner scores still requires a cutting tool; no carton sizer is needed, but cutting is.

Multi-depth boxes are a practical inventory consolidation tool for e-commerce fulfillment centers, warehouse distributors, manufacturers, and retail shippers handling variable-height products. A single adjustable carton replaces several fixed-depth SKUs, reducing storage footprint and limiting excess void fill — particularly useful in high-SKU environments where product dimensions vary run to run.
