12 x 12 x 8" Multi-Depth Corrugated Boxes

These 12 x 12 x 8 inch multi-depth corrugated boxes are built from ECT-32 kraft corrugated board with pre-scored sidewalls that allow box height to be reduced in measured increments. Cutting the corners is still required to fold down to a shorter depth, but no carton sizer is needed — making height adjustment fast and practical at the pack station.

The 12 x 12" footprint suits e-commerce fulfillment, retail distribution, and manufacturing ship lines where product depth varies across orders. Right-sizing each carton to its contents reduces void fill consumption and keeps dimensional weight in check, making this format especially effective in high-volume pick-and-pack environments.
