ecoMAX® Expandable Cellulose Wadding is a 24-inch-wide, 167-foot roll engineered for pack stations where storage space is limited. The material ships and stores in a compressed format that reduces its footprint by approximately 80% compared to standard cellulose wadding rolls, yet expands to five times its compressed size when deployed — delivering full cushioning performance without the bulk. Formerly marketed under the Versa-Pak™ name.
The soft, non-abrasive cellulose strips conform to product contours and work as void fill, interleaving, and surface protection. The fiber construction absorbs oil and water on contact, making it a practical choice for e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing operations, retail distribution, and warehousing environments where product contact materials must protect finished surfaces.
Each roll weighs 18.68 lbs. The compressed format keeps individual units manageable at the pack station and reduces the frequency of roll changes during high-volume packing runs. Rolls are sold individually; confirm case quantity requirements before ordering.
