These 3x3x12 inch angle protectors are manufactured to a .120 caliper thickness, forming a firm, consistent edge along pallet corners and load edges. Equal 3-inch legs seat squarely over standard carton and pallet edges, distributing strapping or stretch-film tension evenly to prevent crushing, corner collapse, or compression damage in transit.
At the .120 caliper rating, these protectors are well suited to moderate outbound freight loads in warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution environments. Common applications include unitizing stretch-wrapped pallet loads, supporting double-stacked cartons, and providing internal corner reinforcement inside larger shipping containers where point-load pressure is a concern.
Sold as a full skid lot of 4,200 units at approximately 1,050 lbs per skid. Freight delivery is required. Volume pricing at the skid level is designed for operations with continuous, high-throughput edge protector demand.
